Place was well-maintained and well presented, loved the stay.

Stayed here during our trip, it was a real good experience. The staff were all responsive and outstandingly helpful. Its ideal, residential location was a plus. There were a mall and a market around the hotel.

I stayed here for a trip and will be back. The room itself was light filled, functional with great lighting and had essentials I needed😀❤

The room was clean and had a microwave oven and a toaster. Location: the hotel was right by central Singapore, all city attractions being close to buses and metro and hawker centre for lunch. Besides, City Square Mall was 2 km away from the property.

Do recommend for a weekend excursion

Immaculate room, modern design, with a tv and air conditioning, made my stay comfortable and relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions, just a quick 12 km from the nearest airport.

Nothing not to love.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained throughout the stay. Its location near bus stops made transportation easy, and the presence of a nearby supermarket added to the convenience. Although the staff were generally helpful, there were a few instances when responses could have been quicker. Some common areas could benefit from more attention.

The kids loved the playground and the water play area, where they spent hours having fun. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

My children wanted more flexibility for early check-in.

The studio room was reallynice and neat. The bed was a good size and super cozy. The shower worked great, and there was a decent wardrobe too. It had a nice little kitchenette with essentials. Plus, the pool area was awesome. No complaints at all about the room!

Citadines Balestier really reminded me of home. The staff welcomed me warmly at check-in with thorough explanations. The room setup impressed me, especially the lighting and ventilation. Unlike many hotels, it wasn't freezing cold or humid after a shower. The studio was spacious, perfect for a couple or even a small family. The kitchenette had everything I needed. I loved the spacious bathroom design, with dry and wet areas separated. Great lighting. The cleanliness of every corner was excellent. I appreciated the environmentally friendly practices they promote. My only concern was its distance from major attractions, but the bus stop right outside made travel easy. I didn't want to leave. I felt right at home and will definitely come back again.

I had an amazing time! The rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool was a perfect retreat, and the lounge area offered a cozy escape. Would definitely return!

Perfect for a chill stay

Spent a week in a cozy 1-bedroom that had plenty of space for us. Super friendly staff and prompt service made everything easy. Loved being just a few mins away from local food spots. The beds were super comfy! Just wish the buses were a bit faster to the city center. It can take a while to get there.

The hotel was close to many local eateries where we enjoyed some tasty meals. Make sure to check the bus routes in advance for easier travel.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a stove and washing machine. Walking to local food options was quick and easy. The staff were friendly. A convenient mart on-site made buying essentials hassle-free. A great stay 😊

The room was super clean and bright, and the bed was really comfy. Loved getting a top-floor room with amazing city views, both day and night. It had a kitchenette, sofa, and a clean private bathroom. Location is perfect with loads of local food spots nearby. Pool was nice too!
